This Grant Locomotive was the 1st in the 1979 Grant Beam Train Collectors Wheel Series. A small metal bell and other details add to its authenticity. It was used to carry passengers from Jersey City to Elizabeth and Newark. BEAM'S GRANT 2-4-2 LOCOMOTIVE - an accurate reproduction of the locomotive made by the Grant Locomotive Works around 1872.
